The Mira
In case you aren't aware what this is feel free to peruse the links located to the right of this blog entry till you see something similar. I've wanted one of these ever since I was 17 and about a month ago I came across an opportunity I couldn't turn down. Up until that moment something like this was only wishful thinking. Even as I think about it now I'm surprised how it all came together. Now I can say I finally did it.
My Mira has occupied just about all of my evenings since I obtained it. It truly is the best guitar I own, and I (hopefully) can safely say it's the last electric guitar I'll ever buy because:
- It's everything I could ever want in an electric.
- It's still not exactly cheap.
I'll spare you the gory details. Just know I am very excited about it. Even a month later the buzz hasn't worn off, nor has playing it felt boring to me.
So there you go. I realize there may be some of you out there shaking your heads in disgust or disappointment (I know and you know who you are) and that is fine. You just don't understand what I understand. In the days waiting for it to be shipped here I was experiencing slight remorse, but since I've had it in hand there have been zero regrets. Despite all this, I haven't forgotten my other babies.
